The Dirty Word…

Systems. There. I said it.  All those behind the scenes things (you don’t even think about) are what makes or breaks you and your business.

Like that kid in The Sixth Sense sees dead people, I see systems. I see where they are broken, where they are working, and I see how to fix them so you can go on and automate, duplicate, and have the freedom you always wanted in your business.

Let’s face it, there are only a couple of reasons you’d be working way past bedtime into the wee hours of the morning.  No matter how passionate you are about your business, when you’re up-leveling and working that late, it’s because the wheels would come off if you didn’t.

How am I supposed to do all that AND still serve my customers?

What’s the problem? Your systems aren’t keeping pace with your growth.

There’s the dirty little word: systems.

Yes, I said it. SYSTEMS.  It’s a dirty word, the speaking of which makes many a brave entrepreneurs shudder and engenders a feeling of overwhelm. “Why?” I hear you ask?  Because although every small business has systems, the idea of actually thinking about them, setting them up or constructively evaluating them to see if they still serve you is just too much to bear.  Why bother messing with systems and “how we’ve always done it” when you can stay up until 3 am. Right?

Your Passion and Profit have a disconnect when the systems in your business don’t fit.
