My Mastermind Alliances are created with deliberate intention and built on a platform of trust, passion for one’s business, compassion for other business owners, a desire to succeed and to help others succeed. This is where a small business owner shares safely, with brutal honesty, is recognized for successes, and encouraged to grow.

These are thoughtfully constructed groups of like minded small business owners for the purpose of insight, guidance, feedback and support with a goal of strengthening, growing and manifesting profits.

Often, results are immediately experienced. More significant results occur after several meetings where trust and understanding is gained among members.

I lead two focused Mastermind Alliances each year. We:

  • meet once a month for 2-3 hours.
  • have between 6-8 members.
  • use a structured, proven model of communication for clear results.
  • commit to meet for 12 months to see progress.
  • represent a variety of business types and sizes.
  • know we’re based in confidentiality and trust.

Members

  • are entrepreneurs running their own business, with up to 10 employees.
  • have owner level business and financial decision making capacity in the business.
  • have a desire to improve and grow their business.
  • are interviewed to ensure the deliberate intention of the Alliance is supported and enriched.
