Choosing your own path of small business ownership requires strength, fortitude and dedication. In the midst of the day to day, sometimes we feel alone, pioneers in the world, figuring it out on our own.
Where do you find someone who understands exactly where you come from…
Example: You figured out some small and critical process and it’s tough to share with family and friends, because they just don’t understand the vitality of even the smallest success.
Room To Breathe Mastermind Alliances…
…are created with deliberate intention and built on a platform of trust, passion for one’s business, compassion for other business owners, a desire to succeed and to help others succeed. This is where a small business owner shares safely, with brutal honesty, is recognized for successes, and encouraged to grow.
These are thoughtfully constructed groups of like minded small business owners for the purpose of insight, guidance, feedback and support with a goal of strengthening, growing and manifesting profits.
Often, results are immediately experienced. More significant results occur after several meetings where trust and understanding is gained among members.
Alliances
- meet once a month for 2-3 hours.
- have between 6-8 members.
- use a structured, proven model of communication for clear results.
- commit to meet for 12 months to see progress.
- represent a variety of business types and sizes.
- know we’re based in confidentiality and trust.
Members
- are entrepreneurs running their own business, with up to 10 employees.
- have owner level business and financial decision making capacity in the business.
- have a desire to improve and grow their business.
- are interviewed to ensure the deliberate intention of the Alliance is supported and enriched.

- You have a positive attitude. This group is for improvement, not for tearing people down.
- You want to make a change in your business and/or life. This is a place for learning and sharing.
- You are open to “failing”. Every “failure” is an opportunity for growth.
- You treat everyone with respect. We live by the Golden Rule: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
- You commit to meeting once a month for 3 hours for 12 months.
