Marketing of The Event

Please give me all the details of your event so I may help promote attendance! If you’ve got it, three or four weeks advance notice will give me plenty of time to fold your event into my own marketing efforts.

Pre Event Preparation

To ensure I provide you with the value you desire in your meeting, I’ll arrive early to test technical aspects of the presentation and disburse support/hand-out materials.

If I’m speaking in-between other speakers, please email me their contact information about a week in advance, so I can connect with them in advance of your event and make sure we create our presentations to support one another.

Technical Specs

I use an Apple laptop to support visual presentations which can connect via serial cable to your projector. Please let me know in advance your projector model and brand so I can ensure connectivity. In the event you need me to present using your laptop, I will make all materials available to you three days before to the event for testing.

My presentations frequently connect to the Internet for live examples. Please advise if wireless connection is available for me to incorporate this live connectivity into my presentation.

I’m a hand talker. If you have one, I prefer to use a wireless lapel microphone so I can move around and use my hands to demonstrate when I speak.

Back of Room Table For Support Documentation

I would love to provide additional information and support handouts for your attendees. Please provide a 6-8 for draped table at the back of the room so I may set these out.

Recording Presentations

I generally record the audio of my presentations using a digital recorder set on the podium. I reserve the exclusive rights to the content and recording of my presentation for commercial use.
